Products Guarantee Policy
Thank you for your trusted and interest in the products and services of NetSoft Solution Company Limited.
This limited policy only applies to the product and only applies to the goods and products supplied by NetSoft Solution™.
What does this limited guarantee cover?
This limited guarantee covers any defects in materials or workmanship arising from normal use during the guarantee period. During the guarantee period, defective parts of the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
What will we do to fix the problem?
NetSoft Solution™ will repair the product free of charge with new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long of the guarantee policy?
- The guarantee period for products purchased from NetSoft Solution™ depends on the manufacturer’s guarantee policy or as specified by NetSoft Solution™ from the date of purchased.
- The replacement product or part will be covered by the remaining guarantee from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited guarantee not cover?
- This limited guarantee does not cover any problems due to condition, malfunction or damage not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Due to the problem of using the product in violation of the manufacturer’s instructions causing a short circuit.
- Damage due to fire or any accident that damages the equipment.
- The equipment is soaked in water or other liquids, causing the product to not function properly.
- Cases of equipment abuse: overloading, plugging into the wrong power source, equipment damaged by foreign objects entering the equipment.
- Goods that have signs of falling or deforming, are no longer intact. The guarantee seal is torn.
- Invalid warranty card: not fully filled in the necessary information printed on the warranty card.
- Intentionally changing the content of the warranty card, losing the warranty card or copying without the manufacturer’s approval.
- Natural wear and tear during use will not be covered by the warranty.
What is an extended guarantee?
An extended guarantee is a service that extends the guarantee period after the original guarantee has ended. NetSoft Solution™ provides extended guarantee services to customers depending on the equipment product.
Depending on the guarantee extension period, there will be different prices clearly stated in the extended guarantee contract. The fee will range from 20% – 50% of the product value depending on the guarantee period.
Cases where extended guarantee is not applicable
- Does not apply to equipment products with a short usage period that are not used for a long time.
- Devices that are overloaded, plugged into the wrong power source, or damaged devices.
- The equipment is soaked in water or other liquids, causing the product to not function properly.
- Goods that have signs of being broken or deformed, are no longer intact, or have been repaired.
Services Guarantee Policy
- According to the policy, services registered with NetSoft Solution™ that are cyclical are not applicable. .
- Services related to design, networking system design and construction are covered by a free guarantee for 01 year after acceptance.
- Software development and related are covered by a 1-year or more guarantee depending on the guarantee policy provisions in the contract or if additional maintenance services.
- For ERP and management software applies a 1-year free guarantee, manage and maintenance after acceptance (excluding additional functions). After 1 year, clients can request manage and maintenance services at a preferential price.
What should customers do?
– To comply with the guarantee provisions, customers must first contact us to determine the problem and the most suitable solution for customers.
– After receiving information from customers, we will check whether the product information or request is covered by the guarantee provisions.
– Within a maximum of 07 working days, we will send a notice of acceptance or non-guarantee of the products or services via email. The solution will also be clearly stated in this email.
