BENEFITS OF SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Every month, NetSoft Solution™ sends technicians to check the entire system and handle problems within the scope of maintenance within a certain period of time depending on the agreement of both parties.
In addition to periodic system checks, when customers have system problems or need advice or system maintenance, we will send technicians to support within 2 hours (if in Ho Chi Minh City) and from 4 hours to 12 hours (outside Ho Chi Minh City) depending on the level of the problem.
During the inspection process, we will have replacement products to ensure the company’s operations during that time.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
- Check and configure the connection of anti-virus software between the workstation and the server.
- Backup, store documents, email content, address books for all company computers to storage devices: CD, Tape, Hard Drive, … (Depending on the requirements and needs of the customer), ensure the safety of important customer data as well as effectively prevent data loss.
- Check and optimize garbage collection and optimize application software, office software, and protection software on the customer’s computer system.
- Ensure the operation of Email, File, Document, Internet, Printing systems regularly, stably, and safely to serve the customer’s work.
- Control access to the network or server
- Check and configure network security services (Microsoft ISA, Firewall, Checkpoints) if available.
- Check, configure and update the latest versions of anti-virus software, trojan software, Spyware for the entire computer system at the customer’s company.
- Store business data such as accounting, office operations, customer text files to different storage devices.
- Check and optimize garbage collection and optimize application software, office software, and protection software on the customer’s computer system.
- Ensure the operation of Email, File, Document, Internet, Printing systems regularly, stably, and safely to serve the customer’s work.
- Backup server configuration (to CD, DVD or tape) to ensure the server always operates according to the correct parameters.
- Record system maintenance records (tracking books).
- Configure the network for workstations (PC, laptop, printer, mobile,…) to access.
- Review the entire network cable system, ensure the cable system is designed and placed in an environment that meets technical standards.
Draw a diagram of the server, sub-computer, peripheral devices and network cables. - Check and measure all cables and connectors to ensure signal transmission meets requirements.
- Record system maintenance records (maintenance book).
