Refund policy applies to services at NetSoft Solution™

In case you have registered to use (with or without a contract) but do not want to continue, you can request to cancel the service and get a refund. The refund policy applies as follows:

– For cyclical services paid at the beginning of the period of use: no refund for any reason.
– For services with a term and a specific contract: payment and refund (if any) will comply with the terms of the contract.

Time of refund

No later than 14 days after the customer requests a refund. The refund method will be decided by NetSoft Solution™.

Refund Policy for Products Purchased at NetSoft Solution™

Right to Cancel Order

– When you have confirmed your order but the product has not been delivered to the specified location, you have the right to cancel your order. You will be refunded 100% of the total amount of the order.
– You have the right to cancel your Order within 07 days without giving any reason. You will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the order.

The cancellation period is 07 days from the date you receive the product or the date a third party you designate, other than the carrier, takes over the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel your order, you must notify Us of your decision in a clear statement. You can notify us of your decision by:

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned product. We will use the same payment method as the customer paid for the order. You will not be charged any fees for refunding the order amount.

Return Conditions

For a product to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

● The product was purchased within 07 days.
● The product is in its original packaging.

Products that are not eligible for return:

● The product is according to your specifications or is personalized.
● Products that are by their nature unsuitable for return, are perishable or have passed their expiry date.
● Products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
● Products that are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
● Products that are marked as non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

NetSoft Solution™ is not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend that you use an insured and trackable delivery service. NetSoft Solution™ does not refund if the product or proof of receipt is not received.

Gifts

Products marked as a gift at the time of purchase are still eligible for refunds and will be sent directly to you. You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we have received the returned product, we will send you a gift certificate by post.

If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver shipped it themselves, We will send a refund to the gift giver.
